Information from forum on how to Seed a Repack:

1. Download the new .torrent file
2. Open the above torrent in your client as normal and then choose STOP when loaded
3. Copy your downloaded video files into the appropriate folders created by the torrent in step 2, overwriting the existing files.
4. Choose 'Force Recheck' in your torrent client.
5. Seed

It’s advisable to only use a copy of the files you hold, in case you have any problems when forcing a recheck. If all goes according to plan then you can delete the originals.
