Additional notes:

Formed by Dave Silver immediately following the collapse of his previous band, Headless Cross. Some of the songs on the debut were previously recorded by Headless Cross.

James Tyler was removed from the band after refusing to travel to Glasgow for a gig (announcing his decision at 1AM on the morning of the show). After this gig Chris O'Toole was also forced to leave Savage Messiah as he was relocating to the United States. Pete Hunt left the band on amicable terms in 2008.
