By the way, if you use utorrent you should enable the "resolve peer IP" facility under the preferences menu. This will result in the correct flag showing for each peer or seeder that connects to you. Otherwise you may see the wrong flags (US flag is often substituted instead).
This folder contains textfiles with a .dat extention for use to create or install an IP filter on your utorrent or compatible software. It will then exclude connections with the area ranges slected.
The Ipfilter.dat file for utorrent should be located into the utorrent directory, under application data directory, from the documents and settings directory for your user designation.
Simply place the IPfilter.dat fil into that directory, enable IPfilter in the preferences menu of your utorrent software, and simply "reload' whenever updated by right clicking in the peers area to load your latest ipfilter.dat file.
You can also pick and choose by combining the data from the list of individual countries included this time around, and naming the consolidated file IPfilter.dat if used with utorrent, or as your particular torrent software may require.
