I heard about this Junsui thing and started looking around. It appears to be some sort of ARG (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternate_reality_game and http://www.unfiction.com/). There's lots of discussion about Junko Junsui at for example these places:

This package contains pictures, videos and flash sites that I've gathered around the net on the Junsui. Many of the flash sites have been decompiled and analyzed for clues. This also includes all the 7 hours (at the time of writing) of video streams from http://174.133.240.117/ (what you see when you type "alfa-tsentr" in the search field).
