Plot Summary for:
Shrek(2001)
SHREK is grumpy, smelly and ugly ogre, living peacefully in a swamp. One night, he
suddenly finds his land has been squatted by a mass of fairy-tale creatures
(Pinocchio, the three little pigs, Peter Pan, Snow White, Cinderella, among others),
who have been banished by the evil LORD FARQUAAD. One of these is DONKEY (who just
won't shut up). Accompanied by him, Shrek confronts Lord Farquaad, demanding his
land back. Farquaad does him a deal, telling him to rescue PRINCESS FIONA from a
dragon-guarded castle, to get his swamp back.

Shrek and Donkey go and rescue the Princess, narrowly avoiding being burned by the
DRAGON, who tries to seduce Donkey (being a girl Dragon!). Fiona is disgruntled
about being rescued by an ugly ogre, rather than Prince Charming. However, despite
their differences, she and Shrek grow fond of each other.

On the second night of their return journey, Fiona hides in a windmill. Donkey
finds her, and discovers that she's turned into an ogress. She explains that she's
under a spell, which can only be broken by true love's first kiss. Shrek overhears
part of this, but misunderstands and thinks she doesn't love him because he's ugly.

Just as she decides to tell Shrek the truth, the sun rises and she becomes a
beautiful princess again. Lord Farquaad arrives and takes Fiona to his castle,
and Shrek returns to his swamp. Both are miserable.

Later, Shrek, Donkey and Dragon head to Farquaad's castle, to try to stop Fiona
marrying him. When they arrive, the sun sets and Fiona becomes an ogress again.
Farquaad doesn't want to marry her, and sets the guards on everybody, but Dragon
comes to the rescue and eats Farquaad up. Shrek and Fiona kiss. Therefore, Fiona
stays ugly (in conformity with the spell: "you find true love's first kiss and then
take love's true form"), and marries Shrek, and they live "ugly" ever after.

Plot Summary for:
Shrek 2(2004)

The movie starts out with a "perfect" man named Prince Charming finding out that
Fiona was already saved from her tower, and is upset. The story then shifts to
Shrek and Fiona, who are now married! They are on their honeymoon, enjoying
themselves. They come back home to find Donkey anxiously awaiting their arrival,
and we find that the relationship between Donkey and the Dragon didn't roll over
too well. Shrek kicks Donkey out, but suddenly they get a letter from Fiona's
parents... the King and Queen of Far Far Away! Shrek, knowing that when Fiona's
parents see him and her as ogres they will be flabberghasted, decides he does
not want to go. But then with some nagging, Shrek finally succumbs to Fiona's
wanting to see her parents. Donkey comes along too! They spend days traveling
to Far Far Away, because well, it is far, far away. You find that Far Far Away
is like a medieval Hollywood, with a Hollywood Sign parody too, of Far Far Away.
As suspected, no one takes to Shrek and Fiona's entrance, and King Harold and
Shrek end up in a big fight during dinner. Queen Lilian is a bit more forgiving.
King Harold decides to get rid of Shrek and hired Puss in Boots, a cat with an
attitude, and boots! After a "catfight" with Shrek in the woods, Puss in Boots
joins their side. Meanwhile Fiona's Fairy Godmother wants her son, revealed to
be Prince Charming, to marry Fiona, not Shrek! The story back to Shrek... he
finds an old diary of Fiona's and decides that he wants to be in human form.
He, Donkey and Puss in Boots break into Fairy Godmother's Factory and steal a
potion called "Happily Ever After", which turns Shrek into a handsome man,
Fiona back into a human princess, and Donkey into a stallion! Fairy Godmother,
revealed as the villain of the story, makes her son, Charming, to switch places
with Shrek and make Fiona think that he is Shrek in human form. She gives the
king a potion to give to Fiona which will make her love the first man she kisses,
which Fairy Godmother wants to be Charming. Shrek, Donkey, and Puss in Boots
are arrested, but are broken out by the Gingerbread Man, Pinnochio and company.
They finally decide to crash the ball held by Fairy Godmother, where Fiona will
kiss Charming. Shrek and company go to the Muffin Man who cooks them up a
Gingerbread Man the size of Godzilla which helps them infiltrate the castle
walls. Will Shrek make it in time before Fiona falls in love with the wrong man?

Plot Summary for:
Shrek 3(2007)

When Fiona's father and King of Far Far Away passes away, the clumsy Shrek
becomes the immediate successor of the throne. However, Shrek decides to find
the legitimate heir Artie in a distant kingdom with his friends Donkey and Puss
in Boots to be able return to his beloved house in the swamp with the pregnant
Fiona. Meanwhile, the envious and ambitious Prince Charming joins the villains
of the fairytales plotting a coup d'Θtat to become the new king.

Shrek The Halls(2007)

Shrek wants the perfect christmas for him and his family but he has no clue
how to do it. He buys a book on how to do christmas perfectly and everything
is going well, Until donkey and gang decide to intrude that is.
