Ne-Yo shot the video for 'Miss Independent' with director Chris Robinson on Monday August 11th 2008 in Santa Monica, CA. The second single from Ne-Yo’s 'Year Of The Gentleman' album features appearances from independent women Keri Hilson, Lauren London, and Gabrielle Union. The video also features Trey Songz. The video premiered 21st August at 7:30 pm on Access Granted. 'Miss Independent' debuted at No.9 on the U.S. Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles.
