Cut: 32 minutes.The edits:
- Removed the opening monologue.
- Cut MJ stopping the bus.
- Cut the mistaken greeting in front of the university.
- Cut the first spider, since I needed some of the footage later on.
- Redid the bite scene, it no longer features MJ.
- Cut the scene with Norman&co. showing off the glider to the military.
- Cut Norman becoming the Green Goblin.
- Cut Peter peeping at MJ from the window.
- Cut Peter ?stalking? MJ.
- Cut Osborn being infromed about the murder and the thievery of the glider.
- Cut Peter catching MJ?s tray&food.
- Cut MJ walking into the fight with Flash.
- Cut most of the talk between MJ and Peter in Peter?s backyard. NOTE: There is a slight issue here; MJ comes closer to Peter around the end of the conversation, but I had to cut her coming closer. So at one point, it looks like she teleported or something. You?ll have to live with it.
- Cut MJ out of the montage: Now it seems like Peter is just a selfish bastard who wants a new car.
- Cut Norman reading the newspaper.
- Cut The Green Goblin attacking the bunker.
- Cut MJ breaking up with Flash.
- Cut MJ and Peter talking outside the diner.
- Cut MJ and Harry talking in the balcony.
- Made a few small cuts in the carnival fight between The Green Goblin and Spiderman, and also redid the score.
- Cut MJ looking over Spidey?s shoulder.
- Cut Harry telling Peter about how he should?ve told about him and MJ to Peter.
- Entirely cut out the segment with Pete meeting MJ and then saving her from the rapist thugs.
- Cut Norman talking to himself on the mirror.
- Cut Norman talking to himself by the fireplace.
- Cut Harry bitching to Norman about MJ.
- Cut away the ?happy? ending with Spidey jumping around. The film now ends with the funeral scene.
