Here comes something for those of you out there who loves the old beat generation. It´s writers and poets and music and.....all that magic and cultural revolution. The liberation of the written word they created during the horrible McCarthy-era In the USA...

This upload consists of two things:
A documentary movie about Jack Kerouac. The movie is
"What happened to Kerouac?"
Jack Kerouac was the "King" of the beats, a legend, a myth...
This documentary focuses on who the real Jack Kerouac was as
a person.
Some of the people that get´s interviewed are Allen Ginsberg,
Jan Kerouac (Jacks daugther), William S Burroughs, Carolyn
Cassady, Lawrence Ferlinghetti and others

Moviepresentation from dvd-cover:
What happened to Kerouac? is a lively and revealing investigation into
the personal history and creative process of Jack Kerouac - father of the beat generation, author of "On the road" and pivotal figure of the ´50s countercultural revolution. This portrait shows us what happened when fame and notoriety were thrust upon an essentially reticent man whose influence is still felt all over the world.

The other thing in this upload is a pretty rare 3-cd collection called "The Jack Kerouac collection" This is 3 CD:s where Jack Kerouac reads his own poetry and writing :-)
