The Public Relations DVD-ROM

The Public Relations industry has becomes the management system for the
mindshare of democracy, freedom and the 20th century. It amalgamates the
propaganda, psychological operations, disinformation, psychiatry, marketing
and businesses aims into a strategic system of communications which maintains
and sustains the idealic beliefs of "happiness" required by capitalism.

These techniques and methodologies where refined in the early part of the 20th
century by one Edward Bernays, the nephew of psycho analyst Sigmund Freud.
Bernays used Freuds concepts of the unconscious desires to help create
what is known as corporate propaganda. Since then Public relations has
become inseparable from our democratic society. His influence on politics,
social engineering, and media spin are self evident, so this compilations
looks at not only Bernays but at the far reaching effects and consequences
of public relations and corporate propaganda in toady's engineered society.

Some notable inclusion are "The Century of The Self", the famed documentary
series on Bernays, Freud, Reich, and the PR industry, plus follow-up research
by Noam Chomsky and Michael Parenti, and documentaries on the nature
of propaganda, psychological operations, and military psyops. Includes a
archive of historic examples of military and corporate propaganda.
