for those who don't know how to hardsub , this is how it is done.

1. Open AutoGK (if you don't have it, get it from http://www.autogk.me.uk)
2. Open the movie in the first field.
3. Press ctrl-f8 to open the external sub field. Open this file and add.
4. set output file
5. Make sure that the output is set to 1 CD in the select output size field.
6. Add the job and click start.

It's that easy. It may take 1-2 hours to complete, depending on your computer speed, RAM, etc.
