The Art of Bellydance: Instructional Bellydance with Jillina - Level 2

This is an intermediate instructional bellydance video. Jillina is teaching a few moves separately in the beginning, then goes on to showing you different dance combinations, first without then with music.

Jillina recommends at the beginning to do at least 20 min warmup before starting with her dance instructions. There is a stretching section but it is too short to properly prepare your muscles.
