This is NOT for beginners, this is all intermediate choreography which is not broken down very much and you are expected to be able to layer. The performance she does at the end, she only actually teaches you half of the routine, which is a bit stupid…

Have included the bonus workout and the extra performance, so there are actually two performances on this.

The real DVD for this is a dual layer disc (why they decided to include widescreen and 4:3 on the same disc so the video is on the disc twice, I don’t know but it’s a waste of space) so would be hard for me to upload it full…but its only $2.50 on Amazon!
