DC Comics Chronology - Post-Zero Hour Pack 16
featuring DC titles published between March 1996 and April 1996
The first wave of the Amalgam titles. where Marvel and DC mash-up their entire universes, finishes off this pack and continue into the next; included here are Amazon (Storm/Wonder Woman), Assassins (Elektra/Catwoman and Daredevil/Deathstroke), Bruce Wayne: Agent of SHIELD (Wayne/Fury), Bullets and Bracelets (Diana Prince and Steve Trevor/Punisher), and Doctor StrangeFate (Dr Fate/Dr Strange/Prof Xavier).
Hitman, the last (and only successful) title to be launched from Bloodlines, begins and runs 60 issues. Mister Miracle gets yet another shot, and only lasts 7.
Two Vertigo mini-series begin: the three-part Death: The Time of Your Life, and the four-issue
Blood and Shadows.
Hellblazer reaches its 100th issue, while three more titles come to an end. Sandman comes to its destined conclusion with issue #75. Shade, the Changing Man steps out of the sunlight with issue #70, and R.E.B.E.L.S. gives up the fight with #17.
