he first movie in Alex Jones' trilogy about the gradual change of the United States government from a free democracy with good civil liberties to a police state. This includes footage and clips of the military beginning to work more and more with civilian law enforcement in an effort to condition the public to not react badly when the troops are called in to support martial law being declared. This is in expectation of civil disorder erupting due to rights violations and other possible scenarios as overpopulation, food shortages, and elitist consolidation of power and control becomes more widespread.
