No it is not two videos in one, both these titles are for the SAME video...although they seem to have moved the performances around in this series (and also seem unable to spell strength if the back of the case is anything to go by) despite the description saying no performances on this disc, there are two...while they was only one of the two stated on the basics disc. Now I have been through the video carefully to make sure I havent mixed them up...and no...the performances have been shuffled around....and there are none of the last disc, Fat burning/Body by bellydance (will upload that too).
