English, sorry but my DVD does not have the Spanish option, there is a separate DVD for that which I do NOT have.
This is another HMC release...so the performance is a bit blocky because of their low quality filming...urgh!
I do also have her 2nd DVD on combinations and choreography.
I love Virginia's style, have seen her performances on other DVDs and loved them.
This teaches beginner technique and easy to follow.
