RESEED of a file I released previously. I have taken the liberty of renaming the file to Bellydance rather than Belly dancing with...as it makes it easier to find when searching online.
Compared to other videos this is a very outdated video, the instructor is older and the costumes are old. Its not the best there is on the market, but I do retain a fondness for this as it was the very first video I could stand to use...I utterly hated the Veena & Neena videos...and I found this one taught me basics in a less high-impact way.
The names for the moves are, in places, no longer in use.
You will probably get fed up of the backing student dancers who looks really stiff to me and like rabbits caught in headlights.
If you don't care for this one, I can recommend other beginner DVDs of Amira's Bellydance 101 and Basics & Beyond with Jenna...and not to forget Sadie's complete Bellydance Guide or Autumn Ward's beautiful technique DVD.
