No it is not two videos in one, both these titles are for the SAME video; Bellydance Basics was rereleased under another label as Basic Movements. The content has stayed the same, except the description wrongly says that there are two peformances on the DVD by different dancers...except there is only one, of Michelle. I do have her other two in the series also (Anyone else notice the spelling mistake on the back of Strength & toning case?)

Unfotunately the instructor is wearing those awful greens...which blend into the background...
