The Dreamwalk Program includes one audio CD containing two individual tracks. Both tracks feature the same harmonically layered binaural frequencies but use different sounds to mask those frequencies. Track 1, Dreamtime, features relaxing ambient music, while Track 2, Reflections, features the sound of natural rain. You may use one track or the other, or listen to both consecutively.

Dream Dictionary Software
An interactive dream dictionary containing hundreds of definitions, each thoroughly researched using the mythology and psychology of many different cultures. You can peruse the dictionary or search for a specific word or phrase using the built-in Keyword Search function.

The Dream Dictionary software also allows you to add your own personal definition or interpretation for any word in the dictionary, edit your definitions, or add completely new words and save them for future viewing or searches.

Mastering the Art of Conscious Dreaming
A detailed guidebook filled with more than 60 pages of techniques and information to help you develop your conscious dreaming skills.

The guidebook will walk you through the process step-by-step, teaching you not only how to become consciously aware within your dreams but also how to apply your newly developed conscious dreaming skills in specific ways to achieve the maximum results.
