The eccentrically named and mannered Willie Harcourt-Cooze, master chocolatier, is trying once again to convince us that his beloved confection really does go with everything. Make cheese with chocolate he says. Make chocolate mince pies, chocolate tart and a chocolate and clementine cheesecake, even stuff the turkey with it!
