Summary

This very rare 25 year old series ripped from a home recorded VHS tape shows, in detail, the splended interior of the Palace and includes areas not normally seen by the public. Away from the grandeur, the series examines the more everyday problems which have beset Parliament through the years. Explained also is the procedure of debates and how the legislative machinery worked in the early 1980’s during Margaret Thatcher’s early years as Prime Minister. This is a great piece of BBC footage.
