Our journey follows class 5 steam locomotive 'George Stephenson' from Fort William along the shores of Loch Eil over the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct to Lochailort. Here a dramatic change of scenery heralds the start of the most difficult section to build.
At Arisaig we head north across Keppoch Moss to the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and Mallaig itself.
