A half hour special edition of Tony Robinson's series on animation (which for some time took the Doctor Who slot on Saturday nights, if I recall correctly) based around the Halas & Batchelor classic "Animal Farm".
This episode puts the film in context, includes copious clips of the film itself, as well as other work by H&S, who had previously specialised in advertising and wartime propaganda. Interviewees include Maurice Denham, the film's narrator, and animators Harold Whitaker and Bob Godfrey.
Would CBBC make something like this today I wonder... :-/
