Spin off from the successful BBC crime series "Z Cars" in which Detective Chief Superintendent Barlow and his now promoted second in command Detective Chief Inspector Watt are transferred to run a regional crime squad in Wyvern.

Synopsis: A gang of professional shoplifters are working the Wyvern area stealing furs, jewelry and expensive leather goods. Detective Chief Superintendent Barlow wants it's stopped and put's together a small team headed by himself, WDS Allin and DC Digby to make it happen.
