MICROCOSMOS directors Claude Nuridsany and Marie Perennou present this filmic explanation of the history of the universe all told in a colorful storytelling fashion as seen through the eyes of an African griot.
A wonderful documentary about the history of Mother Earth. It\'s very hard to describe. You have to see it to believe it! I felt bad being so obsessed by all the superficial things this selfish and materialist world stands for after watching it. This movie really shows how it\'s the simple things in life that matter, even if from a scientific point of view it may not be so simple. You won\'t look at the world the same way you did before after this movie. I don\'t know how the creators of Genesis got such beautiful images. I guess they sometimes waited for days to get such nice shots. This is incredibly well made. So I highly recommend this movie to anyone, especially people who love nature and want to take a new look at the world around. Among all the modern documentaries about terrorism, capitalism, poverty, war and fastfood, there is one that speaks about the true things in life, the beauty of every living creatures, what should really matter for everyone if we want to live on this planet forever.
