Information
Less than 50 feet from the tomb of King Tutankhamen, a team of world-renowned archaeologists has discovered one of the most significant finds in the Valley of the Kings of the past 80 years: a tomb of painted coffins that seem to date from the tumultuous era of King Tutankhamen himself. Why was this tomb of painted coffins hidden in a chamber of solid rock? Are there mummies in the coffins, and if so, can they shed light on the mystery of Tutankhamen's reign and why it was erased from the history of ancient Egypt?
