PLOT





Quickly approaching her 50th birthday, Byrdie (Kirstie Alley), a
talented and once-famous screenwriter has been having a hard time
finding work in the movie biz. In desperation, Byrdie dreams up a
clever scheme to sell her scripts, enlisting her attractive
nephew Jason to pitch her work as his own. This ruse is a wild
success and Byrdie’s scripts become the hottest thing in town!
Having proved she still has what it takes, can Byrdie keep the
scheme going or will she watch someone else reap the rewards of
all her hard work?
