Shiny White Lights pulls in influences from all sorts of music: punk, ska
, reggae, rock, and many other types of music, just much more subliminally. They’ve been around for about a year and a few months officially and have written tens of songs and played a shows for hundreds people who proceeded to send us thousands of dollars in the form of checks, which all must have been lost at some point in the very spotty postal services around here.

-“You (Live)” recorded live at the Electrik Maid
-Jim wasn’t there for the recording of “You,” in turn, Joey played bass on that track
