A documentary, primarily narrated by Ray Davies, which explores the history of The Kinks, Ray's musical influences, the hows and whys of the writing by Ray Davies of The Kinks' many famous and enduring songs, starting with 1964's
'You Really Got Me', and following Ray's career up to 2003 (when this documentary was made) when he was recording, at London's Konk Studios, what was to become his solo album 'Other People's Lives' released in 2006.

The documentary also explores Ray's attempts to create a stage musical based on his 1983 song 'Come Dancing'. The musical did eventuate and ran from September to November 2008 and was awarded The MOBIUS Best Off-West End Production in February 2009.

A REQUEST TO ARTWORK CREATORS;
- I would be grateful if the enclosed 2xS logo is incorporated in any
artwork created for this title.

SOME WORDS ABOUT MY UPLOAD SPEED:
My maximum upload speed is ~25KB/s which means I can upload ~1GB per 12 hours. With multi-GB uploads I usually have to upload around 150% of the total size before a downloader completes.
I expect that this upload could take up to 36 hours.
BUT A BONUS:
My annoyingly slow upload speed means that some downloaders will
reach a Share Ratio >1.0 on this torrent before they complete.
