After 25 years as a Pilates Master, internationally renowned Rael Isacowitz has created his unique 3-step Rael System. One of the few Masters who can perform the entire Pilates repertoire, Rael's mission is to teach authentic and pure Pilates, blended with modern postures, to students from beginners to advanced. His clear, soothing, one-on-one coaching style makes proper Pilates form fun and easy to learn.
Rael System 7 teaches the seven fundamental Pilates positions needed to benefit from Pilates training. This beginner's workout focuses on exercises for proper breathing and alignment for core moves, essential for moving on to the more challenging workouts, System 17 & System 27. You will learn the pelvic curl, spine twist, chest lift, roll up, spine stretch, side leg lifts and basic swan poses. You will achieve improved balance and position control while strengthening and toning your entire body.
Rael System 17 was created as a challenging sequence building on the fundamentals of Rael System 7 by adding ten additional Pilates poses for an intermediate level workout. Among the poses you will learn are leg circles, shoulder bridge, cat stretch, back and front support. Practiced regularly, you will feel less fatigued, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility, strength and improve cardiovascular capacity.
Rael System 27 was created for more advanced students of Pilates with 27 Pilates poses. Building on Rael System 7 and Rael System 17, challenging and new poses include criss cross, adductor squeeze, corkscrew, hundreds, double leg kicks and hip flexor stretch. System 27 is about movement, flow, vigor and energy. All the benefits of the Pilates method culminate in System 27. You will feel rejuvenated, lose weight, improve your cardiovascular capacity and be rewarded with the ultimate gift of well-being.
