Two members of Gong (Daevid Allen and Gilli Smyth) hooked up with the Here and Now Band for this one off live recording in 1977 at the height of punk.

It's starts with some weird backing tapes and mumbling before going into a cacophony of noise that turns into a poppy punk number called 'Floating Anarchy'. From there on the punk influence becomes less evident, and it is nearer to classic Gong (no sax player on this though).

Overall some of the old madness and humour is here, but it really is a different Gong from the one that most people know (albeit nothing wrong with this album for that).
