Breathing is a fundamental part of every activity. To perform at our best, breathing must be integrated with our movement. Be Breathed is a foundation program for training total breath integration and core strength through a full range of motion.

SCOTT SONNON, Master Coach and Person Trainer in physical culture and martial art, Distinguished Master of Sports and International Champion in one of the most challenging forms of hand to hand combat, Russian Sambo, learned first hand by traveling and fighting across the former Soviet Union. After years of trials, Scott was accepted as the first foreigner to venture past the Iron Curtain, where he worked with the Russian Olympic and military Special Forces trainers to uncover their method of health and fitness. Sonnon has directly trained professional hockey teams, such as NHL's New Jersey Devils, as well as individual athletes and professional trainers, developing individual and sport-specific programs dramatically increasing performance and reducing or eliminating injuries.
After his "Russian studies," Scott was urged to "Americanize" his Russian training experience. To do this, he assembled a a team of sport psychologists, professional strength and conditioning coaches, chiropractors and stress physiologists among others, to take the best of Russian physical culture training, and adapt it to American sports and fitness for a unique peak performance program tailored designed to each American rugged individual.
The result is not a collection of "exercises" but a set of instruction designed to enable the individual, regardless of his or her interest, to develop a regimen that will lead to:
