Witness REAL Martial Art skills. It's not as simple as repeating training for years and mastering moves and speed with weapons.

You will see a Chi Kung competition and competitor's all have years of real internal training. They have high skill after many years of training. The do 2 finger hand stands and break BIG blocks of pine blocks and even several building bricks without spaces unlike those in America and other countries. There are exponents from all over the WORLD but as you can imagine, there are more Chinese people in the competition (bout 28 teams).
