This program is semi portable you just copy file "Adobe Encore DVD 2.0" to Adobe file ,create a shortcut and use keygen to register.
The only obligation is to have installed Adobe Premiere 2 Pro at least (Thats neccesery anyway for Video production).
So you don't have to use ISO's and roll back crabs just copy and use.
The only thing that is written to your registry is serial and resistration number.
