3. Extract moonshell171p1_with_dpgtools131.zip, use .exe file in the dpgtools131 for playing .DPG files, rest of the files in the moonshell is used for converting to .dpg format

4. TMPGEnc is a software for merging .m1v and .mp2 files generated by dpgplay.exe in the dg player floder
