*note* the 32 bit version of IS will run on XP 64 bit. extract the 32 bit xp file to the hard disk. Locate setup.exe right click and hit properties. click compatibility tab. click run this program in compatibility mode for: and make sure it says Windows XP (Service Pack 2). hit apply and then ok and launch the application.
