If yer like me and getting on the uTorrent bandwagon late but are afraid of ver 1.7, then this is the torrent for you. If you don't know what I'm talking about there's no helping you.......Just Kidding.

Here's the skinny from what I know, uTorrent is an alternative to Azureus, If you're like me, then you're tired of Azureus always bogging down your system. uTorrent uses a lot less system resources to run and by all accounts works great to downlopad things. However, version 1.7 & above has been banned from some "Torrent Friendly" web sites such as ILoveTorrents because the code is not open and people are afraid that the newer versions may try to track your activities. If that scares you, (It does me) then this 1.6.1 version build 490 is the last of the "allowed" versions for most web sites.
