Beschrijving:

Politie-inspecteur Corrado Cattani wordt met zijn gezin overgeplaatst naar het eiland Sicilië, sinds jaar en dag een broeinest van maffia-praktijken.
Wanneer Cattani een omvangrijke drugssmokkel op het spoor komt, wordt hij van alle kanten bedreigd door de maffia-organisatie Octopus, die iedereen in het eiland in haar macht lijkt te hebben.
Cattani weet niet wie hij kan vertrouwen, toch zet hij zijn strijd tegen de onderwereld voort. Maar dan wordt zijn dochter gekidnapt...
