Yeah sure, we could have chosen a normal "band name". Like Fruitsless. Or Greensay.

Anything.

Oh, and there are all the "The". The Pirates. Add a colour maybe, or even an adjective. The Blue Coats. The Romantic Sparrows.

But there are too many bands whose name start with "The". Check your iTunes. Under T, it's a whole new fuckin alphabet.

So we chose I'm an Elephant. And it's even supposed to be a whole sentence by itself right? So we're cool. Period.



We're four guys, with a deep sense of womanliness though (and masculinity).

There's Ben, the guy who plays the bass. He's cool.

There's Gaetan, the guys who plays the drums. He's cool as well.

There's Thomas, the guy who plays piano like some kind of Greek goddess. He's pretty cool too.

There's Ulysse, the guy who plays the guitar, and sings. He's also cool.



The band formed when they found each other in a Swedish Sauna. They were all naked, and they felt that something big had to happen.

But that's not true (obviously). This is random. Randomness.

Coincidence, that's what happened. Or not. Maybe it's destiny? We'll never know.



Anyway, now you know us. I'm an Elephant.
